Returns are only accepted for select items that remain unopened and unused. Customers are granted a 7-day window to make returns, the item must be sent back to the store address. The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs for returns, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. Please note that custom-made items, including body butter and shower gel, are non-returnable.
